At ENVYWEAR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your gym clothing, we're here to help you with a simple and hassle-free return or exchange process.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to the product description or promotional details for specific information.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards and store credits.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate a Return:
    Visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to start your return.
    Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  2. Print Return Label:
    After submitting your return request, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
    Print the label and securely attach it to your return package.

  3. Package Your Return:
    Ensure the item(s) are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
    Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number inside the package.

  4. Ship It Back:
    Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location as indicated on the return label.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns & Exchanges

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for international orders. However, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
